want to increase horsepower for a street car 350 cu. engine, four speed tranny, nine inch ford rear end. I want to use reliable and practical application for power increase. Which is best for 92 octane fuel ? A  super charger, NOS, or turbo charger

I would say none of the above. A conventional performance engine would be my choice.
