2001 excursion wiring or ground issue

I just purchased a 2001 excursion with v10. The steering
column had been replaced due to attempted theft but
worked great. I got under dash to install a brake controller
and may have knocked something lose. The truck acts like
it wants to start but no movement on gauges and acts like
there is no fuel being sent... any thoghts
