That appears to be your check engine light. Will need to check your owners manual to be sure.

That's the check engine light. It's telling you that a problem has been detected by the engine's computer. We'll need to get the trouble code(s) to pinpoint what's going on. Have the computer scanned and post the trouble codes here. Advance and Autozone auto parts stores will do it for free. HTH. -Jim

Autozone did the check it said misfire in cylinder 3 and they gave me some motor treatment

Ok cool. That's trouble code P0303. If you've got over 100,000 miles on your Escape you're due for a tune up. Could be a worn out spark plug or worn out spark plug wire. HTH. -Jim

Yes I needed a tune up it needed spark plugs,coil,valve cover well that's what the mechanic said.. Thank You All For Your Help
