Wheel lock

I watched a video to put a socket over wheel lock
nut a hammer to get off lock nut since i dont have
a key well the socket is stuck on the nut thats on
the car

If there is enough room, simply insert an extension and then a ratchet or breaker bar into the socket to torque it off. You may have to discard that stuck socket and nut. OR you can weld a suitable length and size of steel bar to the socket and torque it off. If the bar is too long it won't rotate. OR you can weld the inside of a large nut to the stuck socket and apply a large wrench. Hope this helps.
