What does salvage history mean?

4 Answers

It means the car had serious damage - an accident or perhaps a flood. Don't Buy It!

I have bought (5) GM cars all salvage titles from a dealer in Philadelphia, P.A. All cars have been great! Ask to see pictures of the car before repairs are made. Many insurance companies total a car strictly cosmetic reasons.
