Misfire

I have a 2001 Ford Escape in the summer time it
will start missing and the a/c will quit. It is very
intermittent and random. When it is not doing it the
car runs great but when it's missing it hardly has
any power. The code it's showing is misfire on
cylinder 1 I have had this vehicle for two-and-a-half
years now and I have changed the coil packs and it
still throws the same code so I swapped coils to
make sure it wasn't a bad one but it's still send
misfire on cylinder 1 I've changed the idle air
control valve the EGR valve the mass airflow
sensor and all of the sensors that goes with the
EGR I had the continuity check on the coil wires at
the Ford dealership and they couldn't figure out
what would be causing it to misfire I'll check the
compression and it's good as well I've replaced all
of the upper and lower intake gaskets valve cover
gaskets and I do not have any oil on the plug boots
how to check for vacuum leaks and put new
vacuum lines on it butt I cannot seem to figure out
what is causing it to miss the way it is if anybody
could give me some information on what my
problem might be I would greatly appreciate it

Possibly move the fuel injector from number 1 to another cylinder to see if the miss follows it. If so, you have found the problem.
