Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What do these codes mean on my 2002
Ford Windstar;the codes are
code:P0174,code:P0401

P0174 is system lean, bank 2 (the side of the engine that cylinder number 2 is on). P0401 is insufficient EGR flow. If your EGR valve is vacuum operated look for a loose, broken, or disconnected vacuum line going to the EGR valve or EGR valve solenoid. HTH. -Jim
