97 V6 Sonoma starts up fine most of time,but it has been taking 3 or 4 revolutions to fire up sometimes & seems to be getting worse

When starting the truck(V6) most of the time, it fires up as soon as I hit the key. BUT lately,no rime to reason to it,its been taking 3 or 4 revolutions to fire up & seems to be getting worse. I replaced the cap, rotor, ign mod, & coil. When it does give me a hard time starting, I can smell unburnt fuel in the air? So i dont think its the fuel pump. I asked this question yesterday But I cant find it,sorry for the requestion.

It could be fuel that is unburnt due to the extra cranking and no starting, or can be a leak in the fuel lines or injectors that it won't start. So you have to do some investigating as to where the fuel smell is coming from.
