2015 Ford Taurus - Heat blows through defrost only

My 2015 Ford Taurus Limited will only blow heat through
the defrost vents.  Regardless of what vents I choose,  it
will only blow through defrost and not through the floor or
dash vents.  The climate controls are all digital.

Hi Joe did you find the problem, my Taurus is doing the same

Behind the dash actuator, $400.00 repair. Our 2015 actuator went out again. For sure not buying another Taurus!! Has to be the dumbest design ever on any car!!
