no heat coming out of floor vent

Heat come out upper vents and defrost, but not floor vent

Chrysler are know for having bad blend air doors and that’s is what this sounds like. Either a door is stuck or more likely broken. Have your favorite shop check it out and if it is broken it’s not going to be cheap to fix.
