What would cause my power steering, touchscreen display and all climate controls to go out in Dodge Dart?

Asked by Dart2015 Mar 25, 2018 at 01:20 PM about the 2015 Dodge Dart SXT FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Recently changed the battery on Dart and polarities
were the opposite and accidentally hooked them up
wrong. It blew the blue 200 amp fuse on top of the
battery but the car still started and drove fine. The
power steering, climate controls and touchscreen is
not working. I replaced the fuse and still nothing.
What else could I look into as the problem?

Our 2013 Dart had same issue with the touch screen and climate controls not working only ours was due to short in connection under the driver's seat

If you check your positive cable box. You will find the issue to most of everyone’s problem , When you change the battery , or even do a jump you can accidental short out the unit . Replacing it with a new one with resolve all of the question.s People have posted . Dealer doesn’t test the box
