Check Vacuum Line From Engine To Vacuum Actuator Under The Dash

I CHECK THE VACUUM LINE HOOKED UP AT BOTH ENDS.HOW CAN IT BE CHECK FOR LEAKS.COULD IT BE THE ACTUATOR?
