I have a 2015 Ford Explorer that has had 4 flat tires in the same tire over the past 3 months. is there a warranty on new Ford tires?
I picked up a nail, repaired. Then picked up another nail in the same tire
again a month later. Now it happed again in the same tire and Les Schwab is
charging me $400 for the same new tire to replace? Only has 10k miles on
Unless you get a tire warranty you have to buy new tires on your own. You have had a run of bad luck but $400 is not what tires cost. A new tire for your Explorer should be under $250. I would shop around or get a same size tire but not the OEM tire if it really is $400.
Remove the tire from the rim and have it patched from the inside.
Tires that have damage to the side wall can't be repaired.
