transmission slipping

Rebuilt trans has no power in reverse to go up an incline. Recently trans is
slipping badly between 1st and 2nd.

Well what I meant was that when I got van at that time it had the rebuilt trans. That was 60,000 miles ago. 54,000 miles ago purged out fluid and replaced with Amsoil ATF. Have no record of changing filter then however I do recall replacing filter.
