We have a 2015 Ford Transit Van with less than 5000 miles purchases brand new. It won't start. We are being told that it has something to do with the outside termperature and the vehicle being hot.
The dealer does not seem to know what the problem is and why it won't start.
They say they it doesn't run long enough to capture the code. We had this
same problem when we initially purchases the van. Can you give some idea
of what is going on?
Try another Dealer DTC codes are stored. The vehicle running has nothing to do with reading codes connect to the OBDII port (J9162) and read codes
Remove key, exit vehicle and lock doors. Shut door. Open lock manually with key. Should start now. I found it's an anit theft issue.
