my 1999 Jimmy runs great however, when I turn the wheels while I am parking or moving slow I hear and feel a loud bang from the wheels like something broke loose??? HELP!!!

When I am turning the wheels maneuvering in or out of a parking place I feel
and hear a loud bang as if something broke on the wheels. What is it?
