I'm interested in purchasing a used Chrysler 200. From Carfax it looks well maintained except 10,000 miles ago at 36K the dealership replaced the powertrain module and the transmission module. Is this a bad thing, indicative of what everyone says about Chrysler products, that they aren't reliable?

Not always a bad thing, if it was a dealership and they were swapped, they do like replacing parts. Have the car checked out by your own mechanic before purchase.
