Sounds like multiple problems now. The battery is drained so far that it most likely will have to be replaced, then due to that the anti theft system has been activated and needs to be reset, that information is in the owners manual and finally if Acura is like everyone else, the electronic computer system will now have to be reflashed at the dealer due to the total loss of battery power. I don't know if that warning is in the owners manual for a Acura but it is in some. Then there is the real problem on why it died going down the road and as the battery died all traces of any codes are now lost so it is going to be a lot harder to find the problem if it is electronic based. A real can of worms there.

So should I just take it to the dealership

Only if you want too, most independent shops can handle this, and if your still worried about it, find one that specializes in Honda/Acura. HTH

Thanks man
