My truck is missing what wrong I just gave it a tune up but I didn't use the parts it called for I used cheap ones ???..... Help

If it ran better before you tuned it up, then something you did messed it up. Backtrack and retrace your steps. Perhaps you left something loose or disconnected.

I took it to auto zone and it said core pack and spark plugs..it ran fine for a week but know its running even worse..
