Will changing the exhaust on my 2104 Tundra limited to a Borla's stainless steel cat-back exhaust systems void my warranty?

no, it will not. in order for the manufacturer to void the warranty, they have to prove the replacement part harmed the vehicle. and even then, they can't void the warranty on the whole vehicle. obviously your factory warranty will not apply to the borla exhaust. borla's warranty will cover that.
