Can a 2014 Ridgeline awd be converted to a fwd by just removing the driveline?
Probably throw the PCM all out of whack
No it can't, the vehicles entire control systems are tuned to the fact that it is an AWD, removing a driveline will throw off the traction control, ABS, and with the kind of transfer case it may just make it impossible to move under it's own power cause the computer for that is looking for just minute amounts of power delivered to each wheel as it is moving down the road, if it doesn't see this power transfer it could put the system in shut down to prevent damage to the drivetrain.
