It should have a 195 degree thermostat, so it should hang around 200 deg.

There's probably just a gauge with no numbers like the 2009 Camry, it normally is in the middle of the dial. And, these are not any more accurate than idiot lights. It just gives you a visual look at what's going on. If that dial moves upward from where it normally sits, you're about to overheat and start pulling over. Modern idiot lights like in my Subaru start flashing to warn you, then stray on steady indicating that you're overheating, it's pretty much the same with modern gauges. Just keep a watchful eye on this, someone should come up with a warning alarm device in cars to alert drivers when this starts happening.
