All dash lights blinking and won't start

All dash lights blinking and won't start. Dealer says it's a dead battery. But battery test is
good

Have it towed to the dealer. Be sure that you make towing arrangements through Subaru.

Find the override button. Down low below the steering wheel near the drivers door. Press and hold it while starting the car.
