what does 2 key programmed battery saver message mean in a 2014 chevy malibu

message stating 2 key programmed popped up 2 days ago.  had no problems
until this morning and my car wouldn't start. alert came on saying battery saver,
volt was at 9.1. started after jump off, what does this mean?

Sounds like you need a new battery. Have your battery load tested at your local auto parts store. Many newer vehicles will not start if the battery voltage falls below a certain point. This is because the computers MUST be kept powered up at ALL TIMES! So don't disconnect the battery without hooking up a memory saver device first!! If the computers lose power you'll need to be towed to your local Chevrolet Dealer to have the computers reprogrammed!! Hope that helps! Jim
