how do you get the backseat headrest off

2014 tdi... want to take the backseat headrest off...

for most cars these days you just put hte head rest fully up then pop the bottom jacket upwards and flick the release. they like to hide it in modern cars cause its there for a reason in case you get into a crash. any ways hopes this helps.
