Asked by Mvgp27 Apr 20, 2017 at 03:30 PM about the 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite FWD

Question type: General

I was following the navi update 2017 brown disc. Put disc 1
in and about half way through I got a notification to check
disc on the top screen and bottom screen says  program
updated started. I can't do anything no radio,Bluetooth,
nothing. Went to the dealership sat for 3 hours they pulled
the battery to try and reset it and it didn't work. Nothing
they tried worked. Please help me someone.

So I just dropped it off at the dealership after speaking to the service manager.. got a loner van until they can fix/replace the entire navigation system. It only took calling honda USA twice, navigation customer service twice and leaving two messages for the service manager to finally get it in... and it's under warranty so I'm not sure why it took so long.
