Is buying this vehicle a good deal?

I'm looking at a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer Lt. It
has 139,000k+ miles on it.  It looks great in
& out.  They're asking $5400. I drove it &
seems to run good.  Is it a good deal?

Have a mechanic check it out first and offer less.
