My buyer is not receiving any notices from cargurus

My buyer has made an offer and I gave
accepted but the buyer has never receive
the invitation from Cargurus or is not
receiving any other communication from
Cargurus, they feel they may have
incorrectly entered their contact
information, what should we do?

Make a deal between you and them. You don't need CG's to do this.
How do we move forward, the buyer needs to secure funds with Cargurus to pay my financial institution who holds title?
He needs to contact AutoPay if this is the route you want to go but any lender should be able to handle this transaction.
So the buyer and I are to deal directly with the bank who holds title to my vehicle from this point moving forward?
That is one way or the buyers bank could handle the transaction. Call your bank up!
My buyer is paying cash he’s not seeking financing. Per Cargurus they were gonna assist with this transition, I nor my buyer have never brought a vehicle this way before so we were waiting for instructions. So should we at this point contact the financial institution who holds title to the car?
