Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2014 chrysler 200 limited  all these problems
happens at the same time my key fob does not work (No
the battery is not dead) my analog clock does not work and
my clock on my radio resets to midnight every time I shut
car off. When I get out of car and remove keys it's dings
and says key still in ignition. I took it to chrysler and they
spent 8 hours and came up with nothing. I was thinking it
needs a new ignition switch because it thinks the key is in
the ignition. Also the said the key fob is sending signal to
the car however the car is not picking it up....  any thoughts
