2014 300 needs to get keys cut for door locks

Hello I have a Chrysler 300 that was
purchased used with only 14,000 miles I
got a really good deal on it I had leather
and wood grain everywhere.  I was so
excited for the purchase but the next day I
looked at my car key and noticed that the
key wasn't cut? I called the dealer and they
said that they would get the keys cut for
me all I had to do was go in. how would
they get the key matched?

They do it by your VIN number....good luck with the car and make sure you always do your maintenance on her...
