2002 Ford Excort zx2 brake light fuse keeps blowing

When using brake lights fuse blows with in a couple of days, replaced fuse 3 times, checked visible wires seems ok what would cause the brake lights fuse to blow.

possible brake switch no good or lamps shorted. if all are good, wire not grounded properly or hot wire shorted.
