Car jerks and sputters loss of power when driving in rain

My 2014 ford focus Manual tran.  Jerks and sputters when
driving in rain or slush.  I lose all power. The more I push in
gas peddle the worse it gets. It sounds like its choking itself.  
Only happens in the rain or wet environment.  Car turns on
and off with no problem. If I pull over and turn the car off and
sit 5-10 min the car starts up and drives fine.  I've had fuel
injectors replaced and air filter. When I bring it to the shop
there are no codes in the memory.
