Classic failure of an internal solenoid in the CVT's torque converter valve assy. You'll get a freebie if under 100k from SOA, but if over the part is about $800 and a couple hours to swap in. Not the end of the world...but should've been covered for 10 years regardless of mileage. That said, the next risk is that the CVT's main drive will wear out, evidenced by getting really noisy in all driving. At that point you'll chase a used 2014 CVT (approx $1- 1.5k) and swap the entire shebang. Although I HATE to make decisions based upon mileage rather than hours of operation, if you have to eat the TC assy, and you're use is way above average, AND you can find a low use whole CVT with a 6mo warranty from a salvage yard, it MAY be better insurance. This is a tough call. But first call SOA and beg for good will and a new torque converter valve body assy. I'm replacing the entire CVT in my daughter's '13 OB Limited 155k next week. SOA is dodging another bullet, just as with all the bad head gaskets in the late 90's DOHC and noughts's SOHC 2.5i's. PITA....
