2014 Chevy Traverse 2LT speed sensitive volume

I just bought a 2014 Chevy Traverse LT with the MyLink Infotainment System
with touch screen.  There does not seem to be anyway to turn off the speed
sensitive volume control.  I can not find any options in any of the menus.  Is this
possible? What do I do now!
