Is there a reset button you have to reset after replacing fuel pump on 2005 windstar 3.9

I just replaced the fuel pump on my 2005 windstar 3.9 . however it does not want to crank
/ start .what can i do now ?

are you sure it was a fuel pump? does it feel like the flywheel turning strong?
