2010 crown Victoria rear seatbelts and rear door locks.

Passenger rear door does not lock when
pushing done door armrest lock button and
car did not come with rear seatbelts short of
welding that door shut how can I get that
locked and can I just get some seatbelts at
a junkyard or do lap belts back there?P.S.
horn is not working any suggestions would
be great thank you.

Yes, junkyard seat belts will work just fine. Just be sure they're not damaged or worn and if possible get belts from a vehicle that has not been hit. As for the door lock, sounds like a bad door lock actuator. The horn could be the contact switch in the steering wheel, the horn relay, the horn itself, or the Body Control Module (BCM). Unless you're familiar with airbag systems I'd have the horn repaired by a pro. An airbag that accidentally deploys without warning can be deadly. Oh and a '10 model will have lap and shoulder seat belts in the rear. HTH. -Jim
