What is a "TV" cable associated with the throttle body. (There is cable with a spring that attached to the underside of the throttle body next the accelerator cable.)?

That might be the cruise control cable that goes from the throttle body to the cruise control unit.

Also the 2006 CVPI should have been throttle by wire so no throttle cable.
