have an 04 crown Victoria and
lost power steering radio and
blower motor all at same time

I doubt it is the PCM. Check fuses and the PS fluid and the serpentine belt.

Great car , they had rust issues where wires were run under carpet and such I'll bet , you'll have to trace them , look for any obvious wiring problems , mice will invade even a daily driver , these critters are fucking weird
