Why does my vehicle hesitate
to start after driving a while. I
can start it back after it seems
to cool down after 1 hr

If you are talking about how the engine is turning over, then the starter is whats giving you the problem. Starter should be replaced.

Might be a faulty ignition control module, when these start to fail, it's hard to start the car when warm. But could be another issue.
