99 crown victoria

My brake light fuze keeps blowing out. I
changed pigtail cables and sockets. Bulbs
and fuzes and brake light switch. Its the
same fuze that keeps blowing.

you have a short in the system or a overload possibly when you start it up could be burn out wiring.
