how do I cancel my sale

I was trying to buy a car from a owner on your site and the financing did not go
through, You guys need to cancel the sale.  She cant find another buyer until
the sale is cancelled,  2014 Chevy Camaro in fair okas, CA

I'm having the same problem right now. Please let me know how you resolved this. I can tell you right now this is the last time I'll ever try working with CarGurus again. The customer service and the website have been deplorable.
