Put in a new injector in cylinder 3. Car doesn't run right I if I unplug the injector there is no change and engine Rhythm or pitch. Not the same case for the other cylinders what's the issue?

2002 subaru wrx 2.0L flat four boxer. 164k miles. New plug, new
injector, new o2 sensor, and good coils

Compression test that cylinder. Could be a bad valve. Also pressure test the cooling system. With your cooling system pressurized start the engine. If the needle on the pressure tester gauge bounces you've got a blown head gasket. If both these tests are ok, using a 'noid light check that the injector is getting the trigger signal to spray fuel. If not, check the wiring going to that injector. HTH. - Jim

Also check the spark plug, plug wire, and ignition coil pack.
