where is the fuel canister and evap valve located / 2014 Escape
Rear under the trunk area
City Life -- many thanks as I've been thinking there's someone as good as you out there ! Any advice - accessible from inside or from underneath, While here - I tried to replace the rear brake pads and found the local brake puck expander very extended. When I tried to turn the face of the expander ( solenoid ) clockwise as suggested, it wouldn't retract enough to allow room for the new pads - is there a trick to getting the unit to retrack unlike the front with just pressure ? Thanks, guy - many thanks !
Accessible from the outside. You have to turn and push in at the same time for it to go in. Also what's wrong with the canister?
