I just changed out my fuel pump because I was not
hearing it come on. I still do not hear it come on. I
am getting clicks from relay and inertia switch is
down. Car cranks but won't start. I know pump is
not getting power because I do not hear it when I
put key in on position.

May have a bad wiring harness going to fuel pump connection some new fuel pumps come with a new wiring harness also because they have been known to go bad.

The inertia switch needs to be reset. Find it and push in the button on top. Car will start right up if this is the problem
