91 S-10 Blazer. No air flow when in heat or cool.

Replaced blower motor. chiltons doesn't really give a good trouble shooting tree.  Where is the solonoid located. could it be the switch?

There is the blower resistor right next to the blower motor under the hood. Is the fan not working? Or is the air just not making it to you?
