Difference Heater blower motor with air and w/o air 1991 S10

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What is the difference between a blower motor with air and one without air
for a 1991 S10 Tahoe.  I ordered one from LMC Truck and the shaft for the
flower fan is different than the original.  The blower fan sits higher and will
not fit back in housing. I bought one without air conditioning.  I have owned
the truck since it was new and it has never had air.  Is the blower motor
with AC the one I need?

Yes because the truck could have been set you for AC on the assembly line a b d not installed, it would have been easier to just install one type of motor for trucks with or without AC
