Ok, there's 2 fuses for the blower motor. One for high speed only usually located near the alternator in the engine compartment. Then a second fuse for speeds 2, 3, and low which will be in the fuse box under the dash to the left of the steering column. The blower motor relay will be on the firewall, in the engine compartment slightly to the passenger's side of center. See the picture, courtesy of rockauto, for the relay. HTH. -Jim

Originally there was also an idle speed up solenoid, if carburetor equipped, that if not hooked up may blow the fuse for the blower motor. It's a green wire that must not be allowed to touch anything metal if it's not still hooked up to the solenoid. That wire is hot when max a/c, a/c, bi-level, or defrost is selected on the control panel on the dash. If it's just hanging and touching anything metal a short is created and the fuse for the blower motor will blow immediately. HTH. -Jim
