I have a 1989 chevy s10 that started yesterday but wont start today?

Its been sitting for years with locked up
brakes and no clutch. I completely
drained out the laquered, fuel replace
everything for the clutch and replaced the
brake booster and master cylinder. I
finally got it started yesterday but now it
wont start at all with brand new fuel.
