my blower motor does not work on my 1988 chevy s-10 even after testing all circuts. Idont get 12 volts at switch but do get 12 volts at fuse?

you have 12 volts into the fuse correct...do you have 12 volts comming out of the fuse ?? is there power to the relays

where is the relay for the blower motor? both sides of fuse are live
