my break lights and turn signals and flashers won't work.help

My brake lights, flashers and turn signals won't
work. But my running light work. I have checked all
the wiring, the grounds replaced the turn signals
switched. Nothing seems to fix the problem. If I put
a new fuse in and then the left turn signal works of
i try the right it blows the fuse. Ideas... because I've
tried everything.
